albeit with two short sections of footpath usage

predominately on pavements

all on road, pavement or tarmac except for the path
around Quarr
Coastal Walk in 3 Stages
Split into 3, each stage is nominally 22 miles and can be comfortably walked
in a day, starting from the ferry terminals at Yarmouth or Ryde or from the
southern tip of the island at Blackgang
